In the Strategy, Strategise, Strategic series….I have expantiated “Being Strategic”, let’s also look at STRATEGISING.
Like i said in my earlier post, Strategising is devising a plan to achieve an aim. It is taking action. To be able to STRATEGISE well, you need CLARITY and to get this done, you need to have done a SWOT analysis of the situation and your person.
Our goals can only be reached through the vehicle of a plan. There is no other route to success.

Having clarity is the beginning of awakening. If you are clear about what you want to achieve, this would lead you to how you would achieve it. Clarity comes from knowing what you want and from moving in the direction of it. Your soul is guiding and supporting you every step of the way. Clarity will make you strategise over and over again – don’t be afraid to re-strategise if an initial strategy is seeming not to work.
To get topnotch clarity, you need to have done a SWOT ANALYSIS of the situation and yourself, check the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats there in. Only then, can you forge ahead convincingly so that if you do not get the actual result that you want, atleast you took an ‘informed’ decision.
I am currently strategizing on moving my “bricks n mortar” business to become fully e-commerce because I didn’t find it particularly profitable to keep managing and maintaining so many overheads, it’s not business failure, it is called restrategising.
It is a skill that many people do not have because it is tough…but, take a deep breathe and ask yourself what makes you ‘tick’ this morning and you know whether you need to restrategising or not. Your job, Your relationships, your Passion, Your dream may need some re-strategising. I can help you.
